haven’t got in
Dulux rep has told me so many time that try it now and now but never got in with my iphone so pretty useless app for me, just don’t understand how dulux massive company cant get this right hire someone who could make it work.
App is in problem
The apps is in the white screen in the Cart. The other tab ( Home, Products,..) working fine only Cart is leave the white screen, could not do anything to backwards. I did reinstall but couldn’t help.

When it works it’s great, but too often the app simply does not let you in. And, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to use.
Great when it’s working
When the app first came out it was working well but on several occasion now I have placed an order which is confirmed through the app but the pick up store location hasn’t received it.

Great! Can wait for this app to be finished.
This is a great concept for an app. I would love to see some every day products like the Metal Shield range, Roof and Trim, and all the Protective Coatings included in this app.
High hopes, big let down
App is unusable, for some rediculous reason requests sms code each time you use the app. Impossible to use if you are bigger than a single man operation with multiple directors/managers.
Great Beginnings, But Missing Some Key Feature
Love the idea behind this app. It have the potential to be extremely useful and that’s exciting but I can’t find an easy way (or any way) to change my preferred store and it’s still a little clunky! Can’t wait to see how far it comes
