I Always order online to picked but always arrive they didn’t even accept the order and I have to wait in line for new order or to be accepted at the time
Not functioning well
I cannot make prepaid orders with Apple Pay, It does not work. If I go to the branch and use the code to collect points, it is not calculated and I get a message saying “The promotional offer (offer name) has been reinstated as the order has been cancelled.”
No credit & coffee tast bad lately
When buying the credit is not registered in the app. The coffee is tasting awful lately when the changed from bots to big tanks. 👎👎👎

They won’t refund your money.
I ordered a small coffee and a donut, but when I arrived, they told me the small cups were out of stock and canceled the entire order right in front of me! Come on, I would’ve paid an extra two riyals for a medium size or even taken half a cup! At the very least, give me my donut! Six months of contacting customer service for what? 👎👎👎
