Very bad experience, my order got cancelled and I didn’t get any refund still waiting , after 5-7 working days also no response or customer care also not available worst app ever
Wasn’t expected
I received my parcel from Arbaaz Khan and he delivered the packaging in his bikes boot like the cake and he was arguing with me saying that the bag is not been provided by Dunzo and if I have problem with the delivery I can Sue dunzo people not him please dunzo this isn’t expected from you please check the delivery partner

The worst app
The person did not picked the parcel and also not delivered to me but still it showed delivered successfully. No proper customer care service provided.

I’m very happy with the service provided by DUNZO. Never was a courier being undelivered.
Order missing
My order was picked up this afternoon and since then delivery partner has switched off the phone and the order is not delivered been almost three hours. And the customer care for Dunzo is pathetic no phone number no email address and no representative on chat support. Really frustrating. Please have someone call soon or I am going to lodge a police complaint for my missing order.
