DuoCards: Language Learning

It has a good potential: I love how the cards work, videos and translation of phrases, how I can add a particular phrase to my learning process. There’re however too many actions I have to do, but I don’t want to and I can’t avoid it. Like adding my own words manually from the beginning, additional playing and petting. It becomes such a mess, irritating uncomfortable to use. I would love to have more control over my process and I don’t want to go through a lot of useless actions to get free from instructions and games

I purchased your subscription, but the premium features haven’t been unlocked for the second day in a row. There is no way to contact you within the app.

При переносе новых слов в приложение (поделиться) на MacBook появляется ошибка в видео небольшого экрана сверху всех окон. Не исчезает пока не перегрузить ноутбук. Это можно исправить?

Користуюсь додатком DuoCards вже 2,5 роки та не уявляю свого вивчення мови без нього. Це просто знахідка і ключ до успішного запамʼятовування слів Відкрила для себе методику для запамʼятовування слів « інтервальне повторення» і цей додаток найкращий для мене в цій методиці. А чого тільки вартий особистий асистент. Рекомендую всім від щирого серця

Learning English impossible in this ap

Great app! The easiest way to learn something new. I’m expecting new future options to improve my grammar level, please add 🙏 I need also a possibility to repeat the oldest words I had learned, because when you try to repeat them, the app offers you first the recent words ( I mean the words, which have been learned recently)

Приложение направлено на заучивание слов и выражений, хорошо подходит для всех кто старается поддерживать знание языка на определенном уровне. Так же в нем представляют возможность разбирать видео на выбранном языке и читать статьи. Я давно им пользуюсь и пока вопросов к нему нет)

I have been using your application for about six months. I paid for the premium version. Recently, the lower task selection keys disappeared from the screen. Can't manage the app. Explain the reason.

After updating iPhone 12 to the 17.7 OS Apple, the app doesn’t work as expected. I am unable to click on any buttons as there are no buttons displayed on the screen. Furthermore, there is nothing to show inside the app except for the map with fire memo. There are no cards or courses available to use. Overall the app lacks functionality and doesn’t provide functionality for using as it was before… please fix it… i love your app
