Apps ok. content ok. Customer service yg sgt lambat untuk respon. Saya ada isu dengan doubel payment. Chat2 cs kemain payah nak balas. Masuk live streaming kata nak contact. X contact pun. Apa payah sgt nak berurusan. Padahal apps berbayar. Ni sekarang saya ada isi dengan nak buka di smart tv samsung. Masih susah nak contact dengan cs. Tolong improve cs anda.

Great app for kids. However, if you can improve the setting where user can select only English speaking or Malay speaking videos only, that will be great!

Durio+ is enough for my child. There are many choices of show/video/channels. She also enjoy Durio creator platform. The best for us. No more utbe
Good intent, beautiful too but
my benchmark is still youtube kids, though theres so many options in durioo+, I feel that the landing page is promoting what content is in durioo+ too much. Dont get me wrong what u guys are doing is good and like I said beautifully done. Just that I feel it falls short on quickly allowing kids to navigate the space and explore the options themselves. The UI right now feels like its meant for parents or at least older kids but for younger ones not so much. Id say perhaps introduce an option for less cluttered interface for younger kids ard 5-7

Orang bayar dah service selalu masalah je dalam sebulan banyak masalah dari ok.... dh la xde butang report dalam nk nyatakan ada masalah dengan app tolong fix isu yang ada orang bayar

Beli sebab nak play kat tv tapi tak boleh memang problem betul…dah la amik setahun…email tak balas…nak chat costumer service pun tak ada respond…lain kali remark awal2 hanya utk apps je…tak boleh dekat smart tv…bazir betul duit..betul2 mnyesal amik setahun…
