They take orders and take hrs a delivery even though my flat is in their society ..I have experienced it multiple times… then at last minute they will bring some other brand saying what we ordered was not available.
Very quick and excellent service.
The delivery service is not upto the mark. You will not find all the itema at the store and there is membership model. The product prices are set above par when compared to most vendor/merchants. App says its DusMinute but delivery service takes an hour for delivery. If I have to wait for my order that long why not try BBNOW which deliver within 30 minutes that too from outside your society i.e. they dont have a store within the community.

Even if you have 1 Gbps connection at home, this app will take forever to show items and show "slow internet connection" message. It's so frustrating that you will forget what you wanted to order by the time it loads the items. Even with reopening the app wouldn't solve the issue. The "select payment method" button has its mind of own and decides randomly when to be active.
Hi Team, Please enhance the easy access experience for the ios version. There were many a times when payment was made and app shows the payment failure message and again showing the order status “in progress”state. Need help > select checkbox > enter comments and hit submit— page won’t refresh, no complaint ID being generated. These are few listed here.
One of the most expensive supermarkets with 3rd class delivery service
Worst service on coordination, though handyman do good job. It’s mandate to pre pay orders and get rescheduled multiple times. Cancel option on app doesn’t work, executives don’t answer when you call them back so once ordered you only have choice to wait for them to come on their convenience and fulfil your order. Think twice before use their service. Note: I am writing this review after experiencing the same on all 3 orders.
