Lijkt prima te werken voor duux edge
Ik heb 2 duux edge radiatoren aangeschaft. Duurde even voordat ik ze op de WiFi aangesloten had (moest ze eerst uitschakelen voor de WiFi knop 5 seconden ingedrukt te houden), maar verder lijkt de app prima te werken voor de bediening van de radiatoren
The app doesnt work
The app doesnt work. My boyfriend invited to control the devices at our home, but I cant login. The app just dont work.
App werkt slecht
App geïnstalleerd. Om te kunnen gebruiken moet je je registreren, voordat je kan inloggen stuurt Duux een code. En dit laatste komt nooit aan. Dus kan app niet gebruiken. Apparaat gekocht waarbij stond aangegeven Vernieuwde App. Ik weet niet wat er vernieuwd is, maar het werkt niet
Setpoint nog steeds niet
When wil the setpoint be available again. ? The setpoint is 28 and can not set to a different temp. When wil this be available again to change.???

Please! You sell premium products, yet the app experience is horrendous! From bugs like:invalid data,no connection, disconnects with products, default set temp is to high, integration with Alexa, Google home and Homey is horrible and why is apple home missing? Especially for a brand such as Duux, sometimes I get logged out, and zones get mixed up, and I can’t go on and on… Get your act together!!!
Werkt niet langer
Sinds laatste update werkt de app niet meer. De threesixty wordt herkend in het netwerk, maar de app zegt na koppeling dat het apparaat offline is, wat dus niet zo is. Waardeloze app dus, doe er wat aan.
Fijne kachel, waardeloze app.
De kachel is fijn. De app en het platform zijn verbeterd tov vorig jaar. Wat ik nog wel graag zou zien is een verlaging van de default setpoint van 28 graden naar bijvoorbeeld 19 graden. Bij een storing of aan/uitzetten begint de Duux direct maximaal te verwarmen en dit is onwenselijk en kan zelfs gevaarlijk zijn wanneer men het apparaat in het stopcontact laat zitten en niet thuis is.
Great device, very poor App
A shame that such a nice device is spoiled by a completely useless app. The app has nice pictures but I have seen interns write better apps than this. Sharing is impossible unless everyone you share with signs up for an account. Turn the device off and you have to set up the app all over again. Please try again if you really want to have happy customers.
