Terrible app after the update, crashes all the time cannot access cameras remote over cell data

My app crashes after it was updated 3 days ago. Can’t remote into my cameras over cell data.

I don’t understand this company. It’s big, they have money, but put zero and I mean ZERO EFFORT, into improving the user experience either with the app or software on the DVR or NVR. You don’t deserve me as a customer. You don’t deserve any revenue.

They don’t update the apps, its very hard to navigate , the prices are double from other dvrs like hikvision which bas better options and their apps get updated often

This app is terrible. I had to buy a new DW DVR and the instructions said the DVR uses this app. I was using the DW VMAX app and that was so much better. This one makes the search function impossible to use. Constantly times out on me or says DVR lost connection when I can reconnect and go back and watch what I am searching for but I have to start all over again. Looking for an alternative app to use or maybe a whole different DVR system. This one is just terrible. Also the picture quality actually got worse. How is that? I don’t recommend at all.

I might be able to see my cameras while I’m away, maybe once every other month. A lot of money for very little use. Look somewhere else for a security system.

I’d give this no stars. I can not play back any footage, ever. It’s always kicking me off saying the dvr/nvr is disconnected. I’m literally sitting right next to it.

Been getting a message for Firmware update for months. No one can give me an answer as to the fix. Can not view anything remotely.

The most frustrating app. You will wait for ever to load and when it finally does it crashes! Every time! Hundred of times. Unbearable

Absolutely horrible worked when first installed by tech and has not worked on any of our phones since. Have tried contacting techs and we are ignored.
