When you try to scroll through the items it always catches and you have to scroll a few times before it continues. Using the website is better. Side note, I don’t love the new points system, and how they wiped all the past points that you had accumulated when they introduced the new point system.
Just another greedy company
I’ve shopped at dynamite for years and spend a lot of money there. Since changing their rewards program, I hardly bother anymore. There’s nothing worse than a company who values greed over their customers like taking away the birthday gift and 25% off coupons. Such a waste of time and money and since changing their app you STILL haven’t fixed it. I still can’t login.
Collectif
Every since this new points system came out, the app is super glitchy. Keeps asking me to sign up for the new Collectif and when I try, it gets stuck/freezes. Doesn’t sign me up! I deleted the app and reinstalled it and still the same thing. Fix your app!

Weird loading / annoying to scroll through
The way this app loads drives me insane. When scrolling, the top nav menu pop ups every time you scroll up even the littlest bit, which then hides half the products I’m trying to look at. And every loading screen glitches out two or three times. Very irritating experience
Update message- app not working
Whenever I open the app it keeps telling me to update but it’s already been updated
Worst App EVER!
If I could give zero stars I would. Ever since the Collectif I can’t do anything. I’ve tried to purchase three or more times with this app and it goes through but glitches and you never receive your product but it takes the points you used. I’ve had costumer service get me my points back twice but now I’ve just given up. Worst app ever. I’m sure Dynamite is losing so many sales. I’ve ended up purchasing similar items elsewhere.
App is set up well but slow.
Takes forever to load things in this app especially if you move something from your shopping cart to your wish list.
