Restore purchase issue

After years of uninstalling the game i downloaded it again and wanted to restore my purchase so i can play the paid music packs but to my surprise it just loads forever please fix!

Please fix this

This game is unplayable,i can’t even download a single song because every time i’d try to its always showing a error message. I already checked my storage and my internet is ok

Not Downloading?!

For some odd reason, it can't download even 10% of it! The farthest ive gotten is 5 and it immediatly makes me check my internet even though it's perfectly fine! I've even deleted all of my apps so i can actually download the full game but it's just too stubborn. Maybe it's a bug or something but other than that i just decided to delete it because i cant even play it ONLINE.

Why did u guys remove the icloud save function?!

It keeps telling me to check my internet connection

Every time ive been opening the game for this past week, it keeps telling me that my internet connection is not working when it’s absolutely fine. Ive already tried a lot of things, Ive tried updating here in the app store and it still didn’t work! This is a great game and it pains me to give it 3 stars only but AS OF NOW, it deserves it. Please fix your game and I am sure to increase the rating.

After the most recent update, i could not play dynamix because it says i need to update yet i did. Pls fix as fast as possible

Must be compatible to ios 11. this is my first time playing , if i like it i will purchased on your store as usually for every game its the same

Premium Version Bug

I paid for the premium version, and it really was good. But when I downloaded it on my other iphone, it won't register as premium. Then when I updated my original iphone's Dynamix app, that too lost all progress, and stated that it wasn't a premium version. Please help!
