软件太简陋，没法用
首先东莞银行愿意做个收房租的app是值得肯定的，但是，软件确实非常简陋，很多功能都没有。收租软件太多太多，如果说业界平均水平是win10，那么莞e租就是win95，实在太简陋。打个比方，收费类型只有电费，水费，燃气，热水。那么，我想收网费，电梯费，卫生费，公摊费，怎么搞？？？？能不能优化一下，现在真的没法用，都2022年了，软件还在1995年水平，是不是要检讨一下。有个叫房东利器的软件做得非常优秀，不会开发，能抄吗？抄都不会？？
非常好用
原来都是手工计算，这个软件可以计算费用、短信微信提醒租客缴租，还免费使用，不需要再从微信支付宝提现出来了
