一周连续上报诉求，指派的部门上来就把自己责任摘干净，不解决问题，就是和稀泥。“民有所呼，我有所应”、“始于企业群众需求，终于企业群众满意”说得和笑话一样
软件形同摆设，毫无用处
投诉多次无果，这个软件是给上级领导看的吗？否则为什么投诉多次都没有改变？政府部门不作为用多少个软件都没有！

糊弄事，不解决问题，只是用里面的民生投诉。可也大多只是解答问题。还解答的一推六二五的。。。甚至大多数直接转给被投诉人。。。形式主义懒政怠政。。。总体评价，比没有好一点。。。
