”城市e管家“公众交互系统是由泗泾镇政府搭建的与居民加强沟通、听取民声、解决民意的综合性互联网平台。目前，我镇整合了全市民生服务平台，采取统一受理、分类派遣、统一反馈的办理流程，开发了”城市e管家“手机端软件，居民可通过免费下载手机端软件，将身边的城市问题发送至统一的公众交互平台，经由平台交办相关部门，快速回复居民。既便于居民向政府进行投诉建议，主动参与城市管理工作；也利于政府了解民生导向，集中高效地处理居民关心的难点热点问题，形成政府与居民间的良性互动。
