新E疗是同心圆工程为支援农村医疗建设而开发的一款移动客户端，主要作用是提供更多农村医生所需医护知识，农村医疗所需相关物资，为想要在乡村医疗服务这条道路上做贡献的人提供一个便利的通道。
村医培训: 进入首页的视频课程以及医师讲堂模块可挑选各个专题课程相关医学知识进行线上培训，来巩固和提升自身的医学知识。
快速问答: 村医针对把握不准的病例以及相关用药情况不明显的症状对全科医生进行提问解答，全科医生通过的自己的经验以及掌握的医疗知识对村医所提问题进行答复。
即时通讯: 村医可针对关注的全科医生进行私信沟通，解决一对一有效沟通的问题，在聊天中可以发送文字、语音、图片、视频、表情等，独有的安全聊天让您的聊天信息更加安全。
圈子: 村医以及全科医生都可以通过圈子进行相关话题的沟通与讨论。
测验与挑战: 以测评卷、挑战等形式来发掘自身知识图谱的不足，从而有效的进行针对性学习。
