“文旅e管家”主要运用于对成都市375个乡镇综合文化站开展综合性的大数据绩效管理评估，基于大数据收集、整理、分析、统计，对全市乡镇文化站运营情况进行动态监测；同时，依托网络监管平台，结合公共文化统计数据填报，以县为单位建立乡镇综合文化站工作台账，逐月填报文化站月度工作计划、免费开放时间、主要活动安排、工作进展情况等，并通过适当方式向社会公开，接受群众监督。从基层综合文化站入手，该平台将逐步向成都市下辖各区（市）县文广新局、文化馆、图书馆、美术馆、博物馆等公共文化服务相关部门延伸，以科学、透明的绩效考核制度提高我市公共文化服务效能，进一步加强政府对公共文化服务工作的监督检查，构建更加高效科学的公共文化服务管理制度，了解群众真实需求，为公共文化服务资金使用、活动安排等提供决策依据。
