eFit program介紹:
1. 由運動手帶、APP、網上追蹤系統及「多變化7分鐘運動」組成的體適能訓練計劃；
2. 簡單及容易實行，有助培養運動習慣；
3. 專家設計的「多變化7分鐘運動」，揉合暖身、帶氧運動、阻力訓練及緩和動作，只需每天持續7分鐘練習，已有效改善體適能狀況；
4. 自行訂立運動目標、選擇運動影片，隨時追蹤運動進度；
5. 詳盡的系統分析報告，了解體能狀況。
eFit program運作:
1. 透過e-Fit運動手帶，收集運動數據；
2. 利用此APP，隨時查看運動記錄；
3. 同步將運動數據上載至「e-Fit 7分鐘運動網站」(7minute.sportihealth.com)，作更詳盡的記錄及分析；
4. 跟隨系統安排的「7分鐘運動」或自選動作，每天進行運動訓練。

You can share exercise data to social platforms, Wechat, QQ, facebook, twitter, etc.
-Apple Health
Connect to Apple's Health to share your step, heart rate and sleep data between e-Fit and Apple Health.
This app may use your location even when it isn’t open, which can decrease device battery life.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
