Stopped replying
I just had the worst customer experience with e-fresh.gr. I put through an order and my bank reserved the money but e-fresh didn’t claim it, and then said they hadn’t received the payment. When I chatted with them they tried to help but when I didn’t feel comfortable giving them my full card number over chat they stopped replying. I have tried multiple times. I haven’t been given my money back, nor have I received the groceries.
