Description
We present a new mobile application for fast charging of your electric vehicle in the YASNO E-Mobility network!
To start charging, you only need to follow 4 simple steps:
1) Register in the mobile application
2) Add a credit card (Visa, MasterCard) and top up your account with any amount
3) Select on the map the closest charging station and the connector you intend to use.
4) Connect the EV and press the "Start charging" button
For a more convenient search, use filters by power: 22 or 50 kW, connectors: Type 2, CHAdeMO, CCS and the availability of free charging stations. Then plan the route from the mobile app using your smartphone's navigation.
The E-mobility YASNO app also allows you to:
- create a list of "favorite" charging stations for quick access
- receive Push notifications about the end and beginning of charging
- track the charging process in real time, including: speed, current volume & price of session
- save your payment card in the application for further replenishment of the balance in 1 click
- analyze the history of each charging session: location, load schedule, time and money spent
- add your own cards or key chains to start and stop charging. To do this, you need to be near our charging station and follow the tips in the mbile app
- set auto-replenishment of the account, upon reaching the minimum balance

Не працює
Єдине, що гарно в цьому застосунку і в цій мережі зарядок це дизайн застосунку - все решта повний треш. У нас у місті 2 таких зарядки (місто Одеса). Одна в одному кінці міста, а інша - в іншому. Станція відображається як активна і я на неї підʼїхав під зарядитись і … натискаю на зарядку, але станція не бачить, що автомобіль підключений. Дзвоню в підтримку - там людина мені не може відповісти що не так і 40 хвилин просить мене почекати поки не каже, що станці на діагностиці і треба ще почекати 30 хвилин хочаб щоб діагностика пройшла. На запитання чому тоді станція відображається як доступна, якщо нею не можна користуватись кажуть «тому що вона працює з перебоями, але працює». Але питання - якщо на станції, якою єдиною функцією є зарядити авто неможливо зарядити авто, то напевно вона не працює так? Витратив 1 годину свого часу загалом, заморозив кошти для зарядки і залишився просто розлюченим з формулювання «станція працює, але з перебоями»… не раджу використовувати цю мережу зарядок взагалі. Тока і екофактор єдині нормальні зарядні постачальники наразі … на жаль
Непогано, але можна краще!
В цілому додаток працює добре, дуже не вистачає можливості поповнення балансу за допомогою Apple Pay. Також був випадок що зарядка припинилася, але не прийшло жодного сповіщення про це. Баланс був достатній.

Дуже зручний додаток. Після оновлення все добро працює.

Не открывается приложение
Перестало работать! Не открывается. После попытки открыть сразу закрывается. Обновлял, переустанавливал приложение не помогло. 21.10.2023
Не працює додаток після оновлення
Iphone 14 pro, після останнього оновлення додаток не завантажується, злітає відразу після запуску
