I used to send and receive money using this app, but my friend and I switched to PAYBAY after you added a 4 AED fee to each transaction. Don't be overly avaricious or else you'll lose customers

Dont download because its very hard to close the account. Customer helpline is useless and email support doesnt even answer.

Worst App
Worst app ! I sent the money for the reason that its instant trasfer and it was free of charge and still now i didnt receive . Called the customer service and they will deduct the amount of their free charge promo which is 15AED for asking the refund, and then at last Refund cannot be process instead they make only complaint. Worsttt!
Frustrating
I send money to my local bank here in uae and dec 30 until now i did not receive my money u cheating for the people here in uae and u stealing the money better for u to file case and refund all the damages that u've caused!!!! U never workedout to refund the money!!

THIS APP IS A BIG SCAM!!! They will never refund the failed remittance!!
Disaster
I do have a local transaction since april until now the bank didnt receive the money called multiple times to there customer support but nothing happened. I even go to Etisalat branch to ask how can they help me with regards to this app but they said they are not connected to it. Now for the second time. Sent again money internationally same thing happened. Its been 5 days now. System maintenance for how many days! I need my money back! They dont even have a office here in UAE.
Inconvenient
Im allowed to cash in on every machine only once.after that,message will pop that limit exceeded and i need to call customer service but they will only advice to try on different methods or machines.
