E-PASS Toll App

The toll system in Florida is a scam!! Paying to bust your tires on potholes that haven’t been fixed since roads were invented!! Floridians struggle financially and they raise tolls after every hurricane!!

Charging toll for trailers is ridiculous. Just a double tax.

I hate apps that require you to update to use them

I just wanted to pay my invoice and the app kept erroring. It forced me to signup for an account and pay $10 over my invoice. Basically extortion.

This was a very smooth way of reconciling this matter and i saved almost 50%

Can’t bother to send someone a letter or any notice of charges to car and withhold renewing of registration until they get their money 👎🏽

Fix your app and webpage. Captcha doesn’t load, no indication of which number is the transponder number. Form takes you all the way to end…name, address, billing, etc and the flags errors that could have been addressed 3 forms ago. What a joke.

My son is in school in Orlando and we though his sunpass would cover the tolls however there was an issue and we had hundreds of dollars in toll charges - the woman at E-PASS helped us to get a free sticker and cut our bill almost in half! So appreciate the ease of the process and help!

Please bring the old icon back! The new logo/icon ratio is too small. Update: The devs listened! :)
