「台鐵e訂通」為國營臺灣鐵路股份有限公司發佈的官方行動應用程式。
功能特色:
1. 全天24小時直接連結臺灣鐵路票務系統，即時掌握臺灣鐵路乘車資訊。
2. 提供列車空位預訂、付款、線上訂位紀錄查詢與異動，並支援線上取票手機行動票證。
3. 可接收本局發送之最新消息、路線運行狀態以及即時列車動態資訊。
4. 提供臺灣鐵路會員服務。
系統需求:
1. 適用於搭載 iOS 14 之後版本的手機。

帳號密碼打完出現登入成功畫面後還是沒有登入 你們他媽是豬腦是不是 白癡程式也做不好 廢物
越更新越難用
之前車站打台北或是臺北都可以選取車站，結果最近更新輸入台北已經不會再列出臺北可以選取，其他像是台南也是一樣，真的越更新越難用
票的時間要一直重新選擇
重複訂 突然不能延續之前設定 要重新選擇
身為一個UI設計師
很明顯九成的錢都是拿去酬庸中飽私囊啊呵呵😄，從介面的設計到買票的流程可以說根本毫無用心，除去硬體的部分，隨便找五個人的團隊都可以把整個架構做的更好！

什麼垃圾
錢付完了，跟我說要刪掉重裝才看得我的票？ 結果載個app要一個小時？我載300G的遊戲也不用這麼久，到底是三小？
更新後變得很慢又麻煩
驗證數要輸入很多很麻煩，系統也變跑的很慢，每次要再刷票日期又會跳回今天，麻煩
app更新車票直接不見
還沒搭車千萬先別更新…分票可以再次領取，自己買的卻不見了…啊…….
