Δε λειτουργεί η εφαρμογή
Κάθε φορά που πάω να δω ένα εστιατόριο η εφαρμογή κλείνει και με πετάει έξω. Απίστευτα κουραστικό.

τεράστια προβλήματα με την εφαρμογή εξαφανίστηκαν όλοι οι πόντοι μου όλο κολλάει και σε πετάει έξω αμα πας να μπεις από email κολλάει και πάλι σε πετάει έξω . γενικά μια εφαρμογή που σε διώχνει
App shuts down
When you press the restaurant the app shuts down. I have never been able to book a table through the app
Ασυνέπεια
Οι πόντοι μου έχουν μηδενιστεί χωρίς λόγο και οι νέες κρατήσεις δεν επιβραβεύονται. Έχω στείλει μήνυμα παραπόνων (2) χωρίς καμμία απάντηση δυστυχώς.
App needs an update
It's been 2 years since the last one, and I can't do anything with the app on my iPhone 15 pro without it crashing.
App crashes
When the app is triggered through a link from an etable email, the application crashes/shuts down in a few seconds.
Music Cafe, Παγκράτι reservation failure
Πήγαμε και ενώ να είχε έρθει επιβεβαίωση για κράτηση σε τραπέζι στον εξωτερικό χώρο, άρχισαν να μας τα μασάνε ότι δεν παίζει καλά το service, η εφαρμογή, κλπ και ότι εντέλει δεν έχει το τραπέζι που μας επιβεβαίωσαν. Έτσι αρχίσαμε να ψάχνουμε Παρασκευή βράδυ τραπέζι στο Παγκράτι… Περιμένω απάντηση και κάποια αιτιολόγηση μέχρι αύριο αλλιώς θα διαγράψω τον λογαριασμό μου και χαίρεται.
Καμία ευελιξία
Χρησιμοποιώ την εφαρμογή πάρα πολλά χρόνια για κρατήσεις, το τελευταίο εξάμηνο ζω εκτός Αθήνας στην Εύβοια όπου δεν υπάρχει κανένα συνεργαζόμενο εστιατόριο, μέσα στον Αύγουστο έλαβα μία ειδοποίηση ότι θα διαγραφούν οι 2000 περίπου πόντοι που είχα μαζέψει και άρα 25 € έκπτωση αν δεν κάνω μία κράτηση σύντομα. κάνω λοιπόν μία κράτηση για δύο μέρες μετά την ημερομηνία λήξης όποτε και θα ήμουν πάλι αθηνα. Μιλάω τηλεφωνικά με το κέντρο όπου με ενημερώνουν ότι δεν υπάρχει καμιά ευελιξία γιατί όλα αυτά γίνονται μέσω συστήματος! τα συστήματα όμως συγχωρέστε με κάποια άνθρωποι τα χρησιμοποιούνε και θα έπρεπε να είσαστε λίγο πιο ευέλικτοι με ανθρώπους που σας στηρίζουμε και σας προμοτάρουν πολλά χρόνια (κάτι το οποίο σαφώς και δεν θα ξαναγίνει)
Crash!
Η εφαρμογή ξεκινά κανονικά, συνδέομαι στον λογαριασμό μου, αλλά μόλις επιλέξω ένα εστιατόριο κρασάρει (σε iPadOS 16.6).
