Nie zasługuje nawet na 0 gwiazdek. Aplikacji nie udało mi się uruchomić z powodu błędu strefy czasowej którego nie było w telefonie. Etolla też nie da kupić się na stronie internetowej. Cały ten process jest beznadziejny i nie da się kupić biletu jeśli jest sie w Polsce tylko przejazdem bez aplikacji mObywatel.

Pierdolona aplikacja. Od razu widać że to polskie gówno, które nie działa. Na starcie błąd i dalej nie można ruszyć.

The steps to have this app up and running are way too complicated for the average user. They’re asking for registration papers of the car which they are not allowed to, together with lots of other info which is not relevant and shouldn’t be asked. To complete the steps on a mobile phone is technically impossible. The app asks to take pictures of documents, but then rejects the pics because of the file size. Screenshots made on iOS are rejected as jpeg/png are not allowed. This is the perfect example of an overcomplicated app which will not be used by the majority of potential users. To the designers: There are lots of examples of similar systems in Europe, with a very userfriendly approach to get things running. Check your competitors, then design your system!

Jeszcze nigdy rejestracja w prostej aplikacji nie wymagała takiej patobiurokracji. Całkowicie niezrozumiałe dla pojazdów osobowych. Gdy na autostradzie pobieram bilet, nikt nie pyta się mnie o skan dowodu rejestracyjnego. Z perspektywy danych osobowych aplikacja gromadzi szereg informacji, które są jej po prostu niepotrzebne. Ale cóż innego spodziewać się po ekipie tak bardzo oderwanej od rzeczywistości.

Błąd synchronizacji czasu

Ta aplikacja to żart albo próba zarobienia przez wystawianie mandatów. Nie da się nawet zalogować nie mówiąc już o zapłaceniu za autostradę. Cały czas twierdzi że jest nieprawidłowy czas systemowy pomimo automatycznie ustawianego czasu.
