第e信用卡APP是第一銀行推出的信用卡優惠資訊中心，依提供之功能區分為客戶服務、優惠訊息、信用卡申辦、信用卡帳務、綠色消費、生活應用等六大類。提供客戶生活資訊、信用卡優惠、公益訊息及相關線上申辦服務，成為您使用第一銀行信用卡的實用好幫手。
第E信用卡APP將存取您以下資料 :
1.身分識別:以提供推播發送所需。
2.照片:以提供線上申辦信用卡/線上補件/調高額度等提供拍照身分證正反面與財力證明所需。
3.相機:以提供線上申辦信用卡/線上補件/調高額度等功能提供拍照身分證正反面與財力證明所需。
4.行動數據:APP在與後端伺服器作資料交換傳遞時，需要使用到網路連線。
5.定位:在UV功能中，使用定位使用者目前的位置資訊，找尋附近的觀察站。
6.電話:撥打信用卡客服人員詢問相關事宜所需。
7.麥克風：以提供網路電話所需。
提醒您注意行動裝置安全，並建議安裝防毒軟體。
未來陸續新增各式用卡相關的協助。
