一直显示网络连接超时，怎么办

之前链接的设备离线了，把离线设备删了之后想重新搜索链接设备，但就是搜索不到
设备查找不到
添加温控设备时找不到设备，提示不支持5G频道，关了5G频道只用2.4G依然找不到设备，安卓苹果都有这问题。
