A Weight And Balance application for a specific EMB145 program.

Features:
-Calculates Weight and Balance for EMB 145 Aircraft
-Observes Weight Limitations
-Alerts operator when aircraft weight limitations have been exceeded.
-Alerts operator when cargo weight limitations have been exceeded.
-Alerts operator when CG is out of normal operating envelope.
-Alerts operator of max capacity of passenger zones
-Calculates available payload left and will display how many more passengers and cargo aircraft can take.
-Graph's CG for visual verification.
-FAA OIS delay lookup
