This product is an absolute monstrosity and should be banned all over the world for their incompetence and lack of customer support. I can’t even connect to the extender because it can’t find it even though I’m on the wifi. This company is absolutely pathetic

Extender doesn’t work properly sometimes and even at set up

I am connected to the internet when I try to speed test with the eagle app but it is telling me I have no internet connection but I am getting internet

This app is pretty cool but the updates are not occasional! There are several bugs and lags in the current version, and no fixes have been made for more than a month now! There must be at least a bi weekly app updates for bug fixes and performance enhancements!

Keeps asking me to join a network that doesn’t exist. Never managed to get the extender to work, waste of time and money- best avoid.

This router is junk, would not recommend.

I bought the eagle eye pro with two extenders. I’ve had to reinstall everything multiple times. The app keeps deleting the router. Not fun

AX 1500 mesh doesn’t work for me. Wasted 2 days and returning it. Do not buy this product.
