Can’t pai my headphones to the app😢😩

This is the 4th language translation earpiece that I have tried, AND IT WORKS! The instruction booklet is extremely informative for basic setup and functionality. It would be helpful for some of the booklet info and maybe a few guided tutorial videos would help; thanks!

It has different modes and it’s awesome. My mother in law bought them to be able to communicate with the Spanish speaking staff at her job. And it’s an awesome plus that she can still wear them and listen to music .

I downloaded this app for one reason only, that was to translate Filipino to English but it translates English to I don’t know what language that is but I know it’s not Filipino!

Let the buyer beware. Smoke a mirrors. Low price, pretty packaging and slick design but it won’t connect to Bluetooth. I tried pacing it in my iPhone 11 😆 and the app cannot locate it. I updated the app and nothing. So this may be a scam not sure because the only thing product did was download the app and update the software ☹️. To enter the market just to scam is a disappointment. Shame on Apple for allowing Miniso developers to be a vendor. Yes I’m sending it back today. It arrived yesterday and within a hour of trying to get it to work I requested a refund. Let the buyer beware. 😡

Advertisement I saw for the earbuds which made me purchase them looked great. The app has to be open and you have to constantly click the speak stop speak for the translator to work. Not great would not recommend. Bought the miniso earbuds.
