unable to log in at all

everytime i type in my email im directed to an empty page? what am i supposed to do /g

Cant even purchase and book appointment! Support also no help

unable to see anything after logging in

i have been having this issue since last year. someone said she would get tech support to help me but still nothing. no calls no texts no emails. i even changed phone a month ago and everything is up to date but still unable to see anything after pressing Login button. have been buying Ease for 1 year+ now. it’s quite disappointing that i am unable to benefit from this.

super buggy

it’s everything i could want from a pill-tracking app….when it works. but rn it’s super buggy for me. often can’t retroactively update, sometimes doesn’t send me notifs when it’s supposed to (i appreciate that it doesn’t ping me on my break week, but i need it to for the rest of my pack), crashes randomly or logs me out randomly. i love what it can do, but i need it to be more consistent ):

Can’t update

Love the idea of the app but a lot of bug issues. Can’t update pill taken. Once pressed confirm, the display still shows that I have not taken my pill.
