I have used this app for years and am really pleased with its features. I love the satisfaction of seeing the dots on the calendar that are recorded with each workout. My only complaint is that the chimes for each interval do not play if the app is not open.
My app doesn’t tell me how fast I’m going or distance
I love how they track everything, but I don’t like how I can’t share it to my social media platforms😕
Love that it gives you your pace. Overall and breaks down running and walking pace
I tried the free version first, first of all to see if it’s gonna be something I can actually do, then to see the ease of it. I’m on day three of week one and I did it on a treadmill because it was cold and raining outside. I think I will stick with it with the Lord’s help, and it’s really easy to navigate. The only thing is, the treadmill said I had traveled 1.25 miles and the app said .29 miles that I had walked/run. Maybe because of me being on the treadmill, not sure. As long as the prompting is on track, I’ll get stronger and that’s the main goal!
Overall, I find this app very helpful for tracking distance and calories burned. There are occasional glitches where it is very easy to accidentally turn off the app and not realize it and find parts of your work out or never recorded. I also question the accuracy of the calorie counts. They seem pretty high.
I've had this app for about 5 years and I love it. I highly recommend this app.
Only gives four days of training. Have to upgrade for the entire program.
...I used the app while running on a treadmill, instead of outside. Suddenly, it wasn't able to track me properly and said that I barely moved the entire 30 minutes I was running on the treadmill. I suppose it had to do with the fact that it was stationary running, but I would hope that the app could adjust for that, though.
