Straightforward and quick to book

This app is very straightforward and doesn’t take much time to book a ticket. Advantage over Skyscanner is flexibility over seat selection. It allows auto seat selection which is very quick and efficient. Another feature that could be included is if there’s a button to go to concerned airlines website for web checkin.

Terrible Service: No Refund Despite Immediate Cancellation

I booked a domestic flight with EaseMyTrip on Air India Express, but I quickly realized I had chosen the wrong date and canceled the booking almost immediately. Air India Express refunded the amount to EaseMyTrip the next day, as the cancellation was within 24 hours. However, I still haven't received my money back from EaseMyTrip. To make matters worse, customer care informed me that I'm not even eligible for a refund. This is completely unacceptable. Avoid using EaseMyTrip at all costs.

Last update has bugs

2024-Mar-26, I updated the last version, and there is big bug. The “Bookings - Upcoming trips” does not show the ticket & its details like it used to earlier. I am using an iPad Air 5th Gen & an iPhone 15 both with iOS 17.3.1 … please resolve this bug soon, and I will change my rating to 5 Star, as this App really deserves it.
