Worst app ever
Not good not once did I go on this app and it work for me I keep getting the same message over and over ( an error has occurred) it’s like a child developed it 0 stars for this app

FIX YOUR APP
by far the worst banking app ever, we should not have to repeatedly open & close the app 8 times before it freaking works. it is so incredibly frustrating & im getting to the point where im about to switch banks because of it. this is ridiculous, fix your app!!
Thoughts on eccu
The best bank ever. Love the people and the interactions I get every time I go there ! Each branch I visit has wonderful people eager to help with my banking needs, I appreciate you all !
Constantly crashing
By far the worst banking app out there. Constantly crashing. Having to open and close the app a dozen times before it finally works is very frustrating. Also enough to make me switch banks. Please fix your app.
Best decision yet
I recently joined ECCU and it was the best decision I’ve made yet. Friendly staff over the phone and in branch. My concerns are addressed and I feel appreciated as a member.

Broken
The app doesn’t work and the tech supports advice is to reinstall. A clean install makes no difference.
Junk app
App fails to open on up to date iphone 13. App support link in app store opens a 404 page at East Coast CU.
No good
App crashes half the times. Other times makes you jump through hoops to log in with stupid codes texted to you . Why cant it just be easy to look at my balance or send a transfer
Inconvenient
Lock n block feature won’t load, so I can’t buy breakfast. I’ve had problems with the app not loading things before, and worked around it. but I was told the feature was helpful and easy to use. Not happy.
