This one and the Swiss chalet app have an error code and don’t load for the last couple months on iPhone

Ordered and paid through the app. Got to the location and they said the order didn’t get sent to the kitchen. Had to wait for them to find the order and wait for the food to be made. App should be convenient and not waste people’s time.

Menu is placed in a very convenient way to making ordering easy. Even when applying coupon is shows how much more to add to get a discount. Awesome app

The cleanliness, food, customer service and atmosphere is always wonderful at North Bay’s East Side. I just place my first online order and I so impressed with how easy it was. I easily navigated to add my scene card, my CAA card and 3 gift cards. I ordered so pick up in restaurant. Thank you for making this a seamless process!!
