Last year I couldn’t work out how to put credits from app to card and lost over $200 worth of tickets I was never able to get a refund for I’m hoping this year will be less disappointing

The app never opened on my mobile and the amount charged to my card showed as cash advance in my account subject to cash advance fees and interest by the bank! (this fact was not made known at the time of fun pass purchase, otherwise I would’ve paid only cash). Since the refund can only be processed through this app and this app never opens so one can imagine what kind of malpractice is being perpetuated by the organisers! Why can’t the refund be processed through a simple process on their website??

I am also only getting a blank white screen. Can the app developers sort this out before May 17th! I don’t want to lose money because the app didn’t work

I was told can refund the unused credit after the Easter Show, but it is always white screen. From terms and conditions a $2.50 fee will be charged, are you kidding me!! The refund application process is only available via the Carnival Fun Pass App. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and attract a $2.50 inc GST processing fee.

App was good,, although few times the funpass wouldn’t work during busy times. 2 suggestions below would make it a lot better. 1st thing that would be a lot better is, No credit expiry, Any unused credits, can be used for the fellowing year. (As long as you card registered on the phone, No problem - With a lost card feature, So if you loose your card, you can block it so no 1 can use it. 2nd thing: You should be able to purchase carnival tickets anytime throughout the year. It will make great birthday gift’s & Christmas gifts. Which would also make the line up at ticket machines & booths a lot shorter.

Showing a white blank screen cannot open the app

That's ridiculous App, I had accidentally crick on store the credit card details, after that all the transaction just direct take the money from your credit card without any confirmation or consent. I won't recommend use this apps.
