this app is getting worst , you cant send money through instapay . thought it was a better version than the previous one , developers please fix!

Disappointing
Same old app, still full of glitches. Disappointing that glitches in bills payment and fund transfer remain unaddressed.
Online Banking
By far, this is the worst experience I got with your bank. I had been banking with you since 2017. Had my first car loan with you and even recently a credit card. What is awful is your mobile application and customer service. Both are unresponsive.
Delayed Feedback on Payments
The app has a serious issue with delayed updates on credit card payments. Sometimes, it takes so long for the payment status to update that it makes me anxious about whether my payment has gone through. This needs urgent improvement as timely feedback is critical for users managing their finances. Please address this to improve the overall experience.
