Easy Egyptian Arabic

I love the application, all useful phrases are there! Thank you

Just bought the app,… first page not working. Got the latest iPad. Paid for something I cannot even use. I’d like to have my money back. What’s not working? When opening the app it shows only “blank”. When going into the second section down below in the menu it gives either a quiz or your (initially empty) favorites. The last section is the settings but there you can only adjust the font-size and stuff (yes I’ve tried it all). The quiz is very basic in it’s build but works. Letting you choose among 4 options for the right answer on what’s just been said by the voice of the app. But that’s not helpful since they don’t even provide you with phonetic letters. (Example: 1. Voice speaking Arabic 2. You choosing among 4 English translations e.g. a) I’am hungry b) I’am tired c) I want d) I like ) The concept of a quiz before even learning something is totally useless. And leads to lots of frustration since you’re going to be wrong 3 out of 4 times.

I’m familiar with Arabic (maybe approaching a conversational level), but my family is all Egyptian so to speak with them I want to learn Egyptian phrases and pronunciations. For anyone who already has a beginning understanding of Arabic (just the alphabet would be enough to use this app), this app/Egyptian phrase book is PERFECT! My only complaint is that I wish there was more! أحبه كثير كثير، شكرا لكم!

App has not Arabic script whatsoever. I like the setup and the images and the audio component but having no Arabic script makes it worthless. Unfortunately, because there is no Arabic script, I say avoid this one.

This is a great APP! It has all the basic essentials I needed to learn basic Egyptian Arabic! The vocabulary and sentences are divided into specific categories that provides easy access for what I needed to learn. It also provided male and female pronunciation. I like that there are quizzes available for the categories, but I’ve only taken one. It does allow you to retest. I am new to using the app, but I would like to see vocabulary flash cards if that is not an option, it should be added! Great APP! I’m happy I purchased it!

There is no way to not accept their notifications. That concerns me. I did not open the app.
