I had an issue trying to merge to the new platform, so I contacted support and they were great on helping me resolve the problem I was having. They managed to restore all my companies invoicing information. Thank you!!

Easy to use, beautiful layout, very professional

Bit complicated but one figured out its better to use

Constant syncing

I am unable to complete my invoice with the constant syncing that is also not stopping. Also support is available- not sure how to contact them to assist with this bug fix

Easy to use

Easy Invoice and Easy Books are both very easy to use. I have been using them for the last few years. I am visually impaired and use a screen reader. There are some issues with the app which I don’t like, but that’s an Apple thing. Would like to see more screen reader accessibility integrated. But overall, an amazing app, very simple, powerful, and easy to use!

Easy to use once you get the hang of it.

Good app

Been using it for few years now. Working good. Problem on new appel software is when sending invoice the email adres does not appear automatically in the sending space. You have to search through your contact list firs. With the old software the email automatically appears as you have saved it om the client info and no need to search first

Very handy and simplistic

Love the app. Very good for common invoicing, and caters for almost every aspect you require for capturing invoices. Just wish the had a auto email function - would then bump to 5 stars

Lost all of our invoices from years with the app

Lost all of our invoices somehow,no support no. Or contact details to find out what happened to years of information and we have been paying for the app for years. All our clients information lost,100s of clients!
