Connection takes a long time & I have to reprint 2nd time
Took about 40 seconds to be able to connect it with the app for printing. Very troublesome & super time consuming. I have to repeat the whole process in order to print 1 piece of picture only.
Very difficult navigation
1. When you decide to changes the number of images in photo printing, you cannot return to your source photos as the photos you selected cannot be removed. 2. Even when you exit the app, the selected photos stubbornly remain. 3. I tried to select a different template. Still the selected photos remain. 4. You cannot remove the original photos. strange and frustrating.
App keeps shutting down

Lots of improvements can be done
Firstly, I think the UX can be greatly improved and same goes for UI. not that the UI is extremely tough to understand but personally, I just find it not user friendly enough. For eg, when selecting photos from camera roll, perhaps the team can consider simply using the phone’s original interface to select photos. (I’m using an iPhone and when I used the app to select photos from camera roll, everything became really small. I get that we can zoom in but I’d rather see it from far than zoom in on every photo.) Also, rather than choosing the number of photos in collage from the start, why not let us select the photos and then pick the layout after? (This is for the photo layout option) Doesn’t make sense for me to count all the photos I wanna print first then choose an appropriate layout... for the UX part, pls allow us to select photos from various albums. It is really annoying when the photos are all spread out over the years and I don’t have an album for it. The last problem I encountered was that after I finally managed to get all my photos into a collage, the app said printing error occured but doesn’t mention what the error is... my printer’s screen doesn’t even show that it picked up a job even though the app is already connected. Maybe the pop up can indicate the error and what needs to be fixed. That’s all from me. Thanks! Hope to see improvements in the app in future!

使いやすく、毎年カレンダーを作ってます。 1ヶ月ずつのカレンダーのレイアウトがもっと増えるといいなと思います。 どうしても気にいるのが限られていて、3種類ぐらいを交互に使用している感じになっているので。
手軽で簡単
