Multiple Languages

The app should support multiple languages for foreign visitors and residents. With the globalization in business it should be a standard for every application to support at least English.

App is good, but only in Chinese

Please Make this available for us non-speaking Chinese people who are trying to get around Taipei on the metro. It will not register the phone number. Your App page says: APP certificate verification error, please update When I update, the app says it’s already updated. No new update available to update. Please Fix this!!

結論

APP太複雜，難懂，廣告多的眼花，難過。設定完成，可是一直出現錯誤訊息，只好不用了。

Doesn’t work

I’m not sure if the app just hasn’t been update to iOS 17 but it won’t load at all and I can’t update my cards or even register an account

Can Not Access my Cards

I tried to register both of my cards and none of them was found in the system. This app is not usable.

English version

Would be much better if they had an English version

3rd rate

Typical 3rd rate app developed by Taiwanese developers with chinese characteristics. They don’t understand the concept of language and internationalization in the year 2023

cant choose register after setting twice the 6digit app password

Nice Idea

Nice idea but it doesn’t let you use your nfc-enabled iPhone to get into the MRT.

I feel like this is very useful but not really sure because it’s all in Chinese.
