Diese App ist ein muss für jeden Trainer. Ich nutze diese App seit zwei Jahren und gestalte meine Trainings fast nur noch mit Hilfe dieser App. Es gibt täglich neue Übungen, die man als Grundübung nutzen kann. Ich persönlich bringe noch eigene Ideen rein, so dass die Kombination mit sich super Ergebnisse hervor bringt.

Pour nous qui débutons dans cette filiale, l’application est juste excellente. Ce pendant j’ai constaté qu’il y a des exercices qui se répète ! Mais dans l’ensemble je lui mets 4 étoile ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟
Langsam wird's...
sehr gut. Das Sortieren in eigene Ordner macht nun einiges etwas einfacher. Schön wäre zudem, wenn die gesetzten Filter nicht nach jedem Neustart der App nochmals gesetzt werden müssten. Eine Verschiebung aller filtrierten Übungen oder Suchergebnissen in einen Ordner wäre noch schöner. Momentan kann man nur einzelne Übungen verwalten.
