I click on the app and it briefly goes to a sign in page then just goes to the front page with the logo and I can’t do anything at all with it. Edit - did eventually open on one occasion but tutorial wouldn’t work and I had to close it. Tried to navigate options myself but it was unbelievably slow and the functionality was terrible. I’ve deleted the app.
Impossible to install on my iPad Pro. Installation process seems overcomplicated, and no clear instructions. One hopes the anatomy teaching content of the app is a bit more professional. 2 years to respond. Wow, what amazing people you all are!
Have no idea how good the app is as it seems to be impossible to install. I am told There is not enough space on a brand new iPad with nothing else installed on it... this was my first purchase... 27 quid and can’t use it.brilliant.
Shame as it looked good, however says it’s usable on iPhones..... yet tells me when I open it my phone lacks the memory to use it (iphone 6) 😡
The app won’t allow me to login and keeps giving an error message that my account is locked. It looks like there’s more to the message but it disappears. Maybe it’s a great app but I will never know, deleting it and going with a more user friendly version.
It’s great on the iPad, but when I open the app on my phone, the keyboard from login blocks my view and I’m unable to hide it or close out of the keyboard :( please fix!!!!
Almost 5 stars but sometimes when I enter the app, it still has the keyboard up from me signing in. but then it goes away right after. other than that this is a perfect for anyone who wants to be a veterinarian!!
In 2019 I purchased a lifetime membership to the premium portions of the app for $150. They have since revoked that access and have not replied to my concerns via email.
I can’t even check out the app. It closes immediately ugh
Made an account and everything but it keeps closing when I try to open it. It loads and immediately closes.
