อัพเดทเวอร์ชั่นใหม่ตลอด แต่ไม่ได้ทำให้การใช้งานแอพดูง่ายขึ้นเลย
ระบบ login บ้งมาก
โหลดมาเสร็จให้ใส่เบอร์ พอใส่เบอร์เสร็จ จะ login email ก็บอกเบอร์ใช้ไปแล้ว เลือกซักอย่างอิเวน
ขยันอัพเวอร์ชั่น แต่ไม่ Sync กับข้อมูลเดิม
เวอร์ชั่นใหม่ก็ไม่ได้ว๊าว UI ก็งั้นๆ แต่ที่เสียเวลาคือข้อมูลเดิมที่ผูกไว้หายหมด เข้าบัญชีเดิมก็ยาก ต้องทำหลายขั้นตอน ทำไมไม่อัพเวอร์ชั่นแล้วทำให้ชีวิตมันง่ายขึ้นครับ ใครดูแลแอพอยู่รีบแก้เลย บันเทิงเกิน
ปัญหาการที่ต้อง log in ทุกครั้ง
เป็นแอพที่เวลาใช้งานแต่ละครั้ง ต้องทำการ log in ใหม่ ทุกครั้ง ไม่จำค่าอะไรเลย บางครั้งลืมว่า account ที่ลงทะเบียนด้วยอะหร ก็ลงทะเบียนใหม่ จนครั้งนึ้ มีการ log in ด้วยเบอร์โทรศัพท์ ทีนี้ใช้อีเมลล์เดิมที่มีไปต่อไม่ได้ แย่จริงจัง แถมหน้าตาการลงทะเบียน ยังพิมพ์ภาษาไทยผิดอีก “ยืนยันเยอร์โทรศัพท์” จนไม่กล้าจะไปต่อ จะเป็นแอพปลอมหรือเปล่า
ช่อฃทางชำระเงิน
ชำระผ่านบัตรได้แต่ mastercard คนใช้บัตร visa ชำระไม่ได้ เเล้วจะมีโลโก้ partner กับ visa ใส่มาทำไม
โอนตังจากบัตรเคดิตไม่ได้
โอนตังเข้าtruemoney ไม่ได้เลยค่ะ
ใช้ยากกว่าเดิม
ออกแบบยังไงให้ใช้งานยากกว่าเดิม ของเดิมใช้ง่ายดีอยู่แล้ว
ควรปรับปรุงระบบให้มีความสเถียร
ยืนยัน otp ไม่ได้เลย
จ่ายภาษี
จ่ายภาษี ไม่ทีตัวสแกน QR Code ซึ่งตัวเลขเยอะมาก กลัวกรอกผิดมากค่ะ อันเก่ายังมีสแกนเลย
