geld zurück! die app kann so rein gar nichts. my wd cloud wurde gefunden. und nachher?!? nichts.. geld zurück!

cant connect

i find my mybook live, but i cant connect, it loada for minutes and the it crashes

Very poor support!!!

If anyone has a problem with the app you better no rely on their support. I have sent some emails and never received any answer to my problem! No assistance on their side.
