The reason it’s amazing is because it gives you a survey of how you feel and why you wanna use the app and it tells you what your body looks like now and how you want to look after and it just gives you a surgery of how you feel about your body and how when you get more fit how after you feel and personally there’s like no ads which is good so thank you for creating this app
I rated this five stars because quite a few reasons, it helps you lose weight it stretches your body and helps work out every single muscle. That’s why I love it. it also let’s you do any workout on any part of body you want to do!!! and it keeps track of the days you did one of the workouts or stretches, everybody should get this game. So awesome.

I really love this app it helps me so much and its also free and if u pay u get more things but the free plan by itself is already amazing.
I have very little to no discipline… I keep trying to form habits, but I have a hard time sticking with anything. I’m in a 9 day streak and have already lost 5 lbs! It’s how short and easy the exercises are that does it for me! And just seeing what my goal is everyday on this app reminds me to cool it on my over consumption. Very happy so far :)

This app gives very good tips and exercises to help you reach your goal in sometimes just 30 days
It keeps me moving, I’ve seen progress throughout the time I’ve had this it’s quick and easy but effective would definitely recommend.
