Description
新北市行政區幅員遼闊，配合新北市智慧城市的政策方針，推動輔具超音速服務，透過智慧化的系統設計，搭配視訊遠距評估，讓民眾迅速完成評估，立即獲得補助核定資格，並由特約廠商代墊補助款，讓民眾的補助款直接從購買價格中扣除，不必自行墊款，讓民眾在最短的時間內，用最少的價格取得所需要的輔具。
新北市民可以利用新北輔具Easy Go線上申請所需要的輔具，申請輔具免臨櫃、免致電，APP直接填寫送出，APP也會自動推播提醒評估及核定結果，讓民眾第一時間就可以收到最新消息。民眾也可以在APP內即時查詢補助核定結果、補助區間及補助額度，清楚了解到自身的福利資源還有多少可以利用。另外，新北輔具Easy Go也會針對民眾所購買的輔具，推播相對應的輔具衛教影片，透過影片教學，讓民眾在使用輔具上可以安全又放心。最後，民眾也可以在APP內查詢新北市特約廠商資訊，並且在購買完成後，透過APP簽證，簡化民眾簽名程序。
