Asking the code and the app didn’t show any code Stupid app

There’s a consistent issue with the map view. If I zoom in on an area, a faint circle appears. This circle fills with chargers. If I move the map, the circle also moves thus hiding the chargers. I have to zoom to get the circle centred again and populated with chargers. Very frustrating. Also, some chargers do not appear, even when a do a search. e.g. Newcastle Co. Down only appears on the EasyGo UK app. Come on guys, the competition is leaving you in the dust.

I like it but I can’t see where there are chargers in Wexford, when my location is Dublin?

Great app. Easy to find the closest charging points, easy to top up and charge my ev. Highly recommended.

Amazing charging port

Stayed at a hotel in Clonmel over the past two days, which has 2 EasyGO charging points, one fast charger and one Type 2. However, my iPhone EasyGo app only showed the fast charger. After I removed the app from my iPhone and reinstalled it, both charging points showed up. Frustrating. Please make sure that charging point information is updated automatically and doesn’t require reinstall of the app every time a new charging point becomes available in Ireland.

The app looks good but already have esb account with a free card to tap and charge. Charging us €6 for a card sorry not paying and should be free to all customers and need better services

EasyGO needs to get their act together. Useless app, desperate CX.

Major fault of app is that it’s shows available bays when they are actually in use. Big let down for someone running out of juice to route him further down for charger that is not available. They can also guide you to ESB chargers, but then charge you double of what ESB would charge
