Help line problem

I put a wrong pin one day. After trying to call helpline. I received poor response form them . They my information after being on hold for 20 minutes. The helpline service was abusing on the phone. After trying to reset my block pin with my cinc pin it is not working.my pin is block and my 20k is locked on the account now i have lost my 20k. Because easypaisa can solve a smiple issue of pin block despite taking my information on multiple times.

Was 5/5 before the latest update

So before the latest update, i had no issues with EasyPaisa, but for some reason lastest update has made the App unstable, App crashes everytike i try to open it, please fix it and i will revert my review to a better one

I give you one star because easypaisa app have so many glitches, I try more than 15 days to create new easypaisa account but opt is not receive in 20 seconds kindly fix this bug thank you

Worst ever financial app

I have used multiple international banking apps as well as money sending apps. Hands down this is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Not user friendly at all. Doesn’t give any details what so ever… Either fix the app or not make it at all…
