The app has always been great, but currently I cannot use it as on opening there appears to be some sort of semi transparent overlay screen that I cannot get rid of. This means I cannot access the map or any of the buttons along the bottom of the screen.

Somehow the app triggered and charged me over €50 when I was not even in the country. I contacted support who refused to refund me.

Why is this still on the UK App Store if it’s no longer supported?

This app is so bad. Sign up process is exhausting, no API in to ApplePay, barely works and god help you if your card expires! I had to delete and re-install the app today (again) and the only parking options I got were for Belgium or Netherlands!

Just updated the app - the only options for location are Belgium and Netherland. Not much use when you live in the uk!

During the sing up to the premium option it’s suggested parking is free the first month. However, I was charged a hefty sum for the first month. Absolutely misleading and no helpful customer service. While the basic app might be useful the premium version is a complete rip off and the information is greatly misleading.

Trying to register is a mission impossible. The app takes your credit card details, says it registered them, but then says you haven’t supplied any, no registration. Starting to look like a scam…

Doesn’t work. Can’t add card details

Unlike some of the other parking apps, this one seems designed to make it harder to use, not easier. No clear way to pay, or how much until you’ve stopped the session and no way to see preferred method of payment or what the app charge for using will be. Really weird and generally rubbish. UPDATE: apparently some bugs have been crushed - I’ve just got payment chases from 2019 through. The invoicing thing is so odd. It feels like your granddad is trying to be down with kids by building his own competitor app. (No offence to granddads)
