Can’t even make a user
Creating a user is not possible. A code is sent and then the screen never updates. Called customer service, but they just hung up mid-call.

5. To pick up your keys, enter the pick up code on the terminal.

Really good
We were worried because of all the negative reviews but when we contacted their support they reassured us it was an issue impacting a few boxes. We confirmed that with our local shop, who said they hadn’t experienced any issues and 2 months later we’ve had no issues.
All my keys are lost
All my keys are held hostage in a broken box and support won’t help. When I open the box with my app another box opens which is empty. Who knows when I will receive my keys if they are even there in another box. The store with the Easypick box installed says that it’s very often that the box doesn’t work
Abonnement stopper ikke efter endt brug
Vær opmærksom på at der fortsat opkræves betaling efter nøglen er afhentet og boksen ikke længere bruges. Man skal selv stoppe abonnementet via appen for at stoppe opkrævningen. Det er simpelthen ikke ok.
Unstable service
First time using the service went well. Second time it failed as “all their servers where down”. And out AirBnB guests are left stranded waiting for their keys…. Not acceptable.
Link not working?
The sharing link was not working when our AirBnb guests checked-in around midnight! Our Airbnb guests was left frustrated and had to call service to get it fixed! As a super hosts, this is definitely not the experience you want to give your guests! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! What a unprofessional service!
A scam
Was using Sharebox in Denmark. Booked the box for one month all while Sharebox was being moved to Easypick. Not only were my guests unable to use the box, I was also charged for two months service. What a disappointment. I liked Sharebox but this 100% feels like a scam. Save your money and find another solution
Elendig app og dårlig service
Appen fungerer virkelig dårligt. Den er uintuitiv og besværlig. Man kan ikke sende et link eller kopiere det. Man skal sidde og skrive et langt link ind i hånden hvis man skal dele det med andre. Prisen er forkert. Man kan ikke oprette med et amerikansk nummer. De har en mail og der går 7-8 dage før de svarer.

Der er for kort tid til at oprette sig som ny bruger.

Ser det er mange som klager, men for meg har denne appen så langt fungert knirkefritt
