App won't open webinar links they just open in safari. Also, the video/slide screen can't be maximized. Not recommended.

Literally nothing happens. This app simply does not work. To not be able to watch something from an iPad is sooo 1990!

Wanted to see the webinar but also wanted to hear it to. Alas it had to be on my phone as my computer wasn’t handy, however EasyWebinar wouldn’t run on safari and insisted I download this app. There was no audio. After a while I could see the slides changing but... no audio. I tried to find settings or anything of the sort but all I could do was type or “swipe left to view comments” but I don’t know if there were just no comments or swiping left didn’t work because it didn’t seem to do anything. Well, missed that webinar, guess I’ll go ahead and delete the app.

I am eternally stuck on the “loading” screen for a webinar that I was super excited to attend! Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

This mobile app simply does not work as instructed. The videos never load from the email, and you would think you could copy and paste the source link in the app itself... nope!

“Click the invite link in email” nothing happens

Tried repeatedly to tune in to a Webinar using the emailed event code. Would not work from iPhone app or from Ethernet computer. Occasional bleeps of sound(like 4 one-two second bleeps in 45 minutes!), occasional view of PowerPoint deck, but mostly black screen and getting kicked off the app cuz it kept shutting down & kicking me off on the iPhone. On the desktop I never even saw a power point deck. Just a constant message that “Our engineers are working hard to come up with a solution...” On an otherwise black screen with their logo saying “please wait, configuring the room.” Yikes. Total waste of time.

I’ve seen a bunch of negative notes, but honestly haven’t encountered any of those issues. Great experience. Easier than Zoom in my mind.

Signed up for a webinar this Sat morning and on my computer it continuously “configuring live room” the app was a waste to say the least. Audio was in and out, video wasn’t there at all. When I tried to make a comment that I couldn’t see and barely hear anything, I couldn’t send the message. This app is pure trash! Very disappointed, what a way to make a first impresssion. Immediate removal upon download!
